FIRE HEART PRODUCTS
Peerless German engineering. Produced using quality-assured 95% green raw materials, the panels boast impressive high heat, chemical and mechanical resistance, as well as near-zero thermal expansion.
Specifically designed for use on all types of metal and block flues e.g. stainless steel, vitreous enamel coated, ceramic, concrete and pumice block, etc. Used for sealing and repairs of fireboxes and spigots, etc. Smooth and easy to apply. Withstands ± 1600°C. Economical in cost and application. Available in Grey colour.
FIRE ROPE
Ceramic fiber products are made from melting aluminum oxide and silica. The resultant fibers are white, cotton-like in appearance and show high thermal stability, low conductivity of heat and good chemical resistance.
Heat resistant up to 900°C. The lifespan of adhesive surpasses the lifespan of the actual rope. Thermocoll is a special heat-resistant glue for ropes and seals on stoves and other products which require a heatproof adhesive.
Its formula containing alkaline silicates and mineral components provides a temperature resistance of up to 1100°C.
Thermocoll/Thermofix has a good adherence on fibrous products, metals, refractories and on any kind of building material, which is why it can be used for: The fixing of packings (ceramic fiber, glass fibers, Ecomab fibers); The fixing of refractory products on metal parts subjected to the high temperatures; The joining of sheets, sleeves and other refractory products.
